ORDER PROCESSING Please allow us ample to process your order. Expect an email very shorty after your submission to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL DELIVERY  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery may be available for addresses within a certain mile range from our shop.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  Orders placed during normal business hours and before our closing time will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.  

SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped asap, we know time is important to you and your celebration! Please allow ample time before you plan to party! Individual order shipping fees apply to orders depending on weight and shipping destination.   

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused (due to our product being a food grade safe material) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at celebrate@cheerscandle.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following subject: RETURN REQUEST 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If for some reason, you opened it and still request to return your item, please email or call us to explain your situation. WE STRIVE FOR 100% HAPPINESS! 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will try to make it right for your special moment!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused (due to our product being a food grade safe material) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus shipping charges back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Potential chocking Hazard. Our product is made of food-grade safe material and properly used when a person blows out the candle and removes the entire cupcake from beverage before consuming. (Just like you take the candle out of a piece of cake before consuming!) By purchasing any Cheers Candle, LLC. product(s), you agree to be held 100% responsible for yourself, and anyone you purchase or gift one to, for the safe and proper use of this or any of our product(s). We are a Reusable Product!! Cheers To That!! Our candles that are inserted into the holder, are custom due to the best wax available, with the best long-light time, as well as best size for our Cheers Candle products' intentional correct use. We do sell extra candles for additional use. The terms of use of our product is that you must insert ONLY a Cheers Candle, LLC. candle into any/all Cheers Candle, LLC's holder(s).

CONDITIONAL USE OF THIS SITE
